SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES (SUPPLY CHAIN)
Third-Party Fulfillment: Our products are manufactured and fulfilled by our partner, Supliful. By purchasing from Yelasu, you acknowledge that the fulfillment process and product availability are subject to the operational capacity of our third-party supplier.
Subscription (Subscribe & Save): If you opt for a subscription, you will be billed at the intervals selected at the time of purchase. You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting contact@yelasu.com. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid unwanted charges.
SECTION 4 - SHIPPING AND GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipping Estimates: Shipping times are estimates provided by our fulfillment partner and are not guaranteed. As our products are fulfilled via Supliful, shipping durations are subject to their logistics standards. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs (if applicable), or third-party fulfillment errors.

Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the Site shall be instituted in a state or federal court in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
