At Yelasu, our mission is to help you reclaim your focus and mental clarity with Keen - Cognition Drops. We understand that for the ADHD community, consistency is key, but peace of mind is just as important. That’s why we’ve designed a refund policy that is fair, transparent, and supportive of your journey.

1. The 60-Day "Focus & Clarity" Guarantee

We truly believe in the science behind Keen. However, cognitive supplements aren't magic—they require time and consistency to work with your unique brain chemistry. To ensure you give the product a real chance, we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee under the following conditions:

  • The 30-Day Trial: You must use the product consistently for at least 30 consecutive days.

  • Your Focus Journal (Required): To be eligible for a refund due to dissatisfaction, you must maintain a daily journal for those first 30 days. Simply log your dosage, the time you took it, and a quick note on your focus, energy levels, or mental calm.

  • The Window: If you’ve finished the 30-day trial and haven’t seen results, you can request a refund between day 30 and day 60 after your delivery date.

  • How to Apply: Email us at contact@yelasu.com with a copy (or clear photos) of your completed 30-day journal.

  • The Result: Once we verify your journal, we will refund the full purchase price of the bottle (minus original shipping costs). Note: This guarantee applies only to your first order.

2. Lost Orders

Shipping hiccups happen. If your package hasn't arrived as expected:

  • The Waiting Period: Please wait 15 days after your estimated delivery date before reporting a package as lost. Carriers sometimes experience delays that are out of our control.

  • Reporting: Contact us at contact@yelasu.com. If the tracking confirms the package was never delivered, we’ll happily send a replacement or issue a full refund.

  • The Deadline: You must report a lost package within 30 days of your original order date. Requests made after this 30-day window will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

3. Change of Mind (Unopened Products)

If you decide Keen isn't for you before you even open the bottle:

  • The Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Condition: For safety and hygiene reasons, the bottle must be sealed, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t process a refund if the return is lost in the mail.

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

4. What We Can’t Refund (Exclusions)

To keep our community safe and our prices fair, we cannot offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address at checkout and the package is lost or returned to sender, we cannot offer a refund. Re-shipping fees will apply if you'd like us to try again.

  • Opened Bottles Without a Journal: We cannot refund opened products if the required 30-day Focus Journal is not provided.

  • Late Requests: Any requests made outside the specific timeframes mentioned above (14 days for unopened returns; 30 days for lost packages; the 30-to-60 day window for the guarantee).
