Shipping Policy

At Yelasu, we know that when you're ready to improve your focus with Keen - Cognition Drops, you want your order to arrive as quickly and smoothly as possible. We’ve streamlined our shipping process to ensure your supplements are handled with care and delivered straight to your door.

1. Processing & Fulfillment Time

Because we prioritize quality and freshness, each order is processed individually.

  • Fulfillment Window: Most orders are prepared and packed within 2 to 5 business days.

  • Business Days: Please note that our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

  • Notification: As soon as your order is packed and ready to go, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

2. Shipping Estimates

Once your order has been fulfilled and handed over to the carrier, here are the estimated delivery times:

  • United States (Domestic): 3 to 7 business days.

  • International Shipping: 10 to 30 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.

Note: These are estimates. While we aim for speed, external factors like weather, carrier delays, or high-volume seasons may occasionally impact delivery times.

3. Tracking Your Order

We know waiting can be the hardest part. To make it easy:

  1. Check your inbox for a Shipping Confirmation email.

  2. Click the tracking link provided to see the real-time status of your package.

  3. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive your link.

4. International Shipping & Customs

We love our international community! If you are ordering from outside the United States, please keep the following in mind:

  • Import Duties & Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

  • Responsibility: Yelasu is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. They are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs Delays: Occasionally, customs offices may hold a package for inspection, which can extend delivery times beyond our control.

5. Correct Address Policy

To ensure your Yelasu Supplements reach you safely, please double-check your shipping address during checkout.

  • We cannot change the shipping address once an order has entered the fulfillment process.

  • If a package is lost or returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.

6. Missing or Stolen Packages

If your tracking info shows "Delivered" but you can’t find your package:

  • Check with neighbors or your building manager.

  • Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely.

  • If it still hasn't appeared, contact us at contact@yelasu.com within 30 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist you.
