The original KOA V2 remains an excellent sonic toothbrush; however, the V2 Pro builds upon this proven model and has been optimised in several areas for daily use. Improvements have been made to the bristle structure and surface of the brush heads, cleaning performance, materials, and grip. The KOA V2 Pro thus offers an even more refined user experience without changing the core concept of the KOA V2. Important: Our brush heads are compatible with both the KOA V2 and KOA V2 Pro models. If you already own a KOA V2, you can continue to use your current brush heads as normal.

The KOA V2 sonic toothbrush comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. You can find the warranty terms and conditions here or in your product's user manual. For any damage not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, you can use the bamtoo repair and recycling service.
